We had an amazing stay at Steven's condo! The place was beautifully decorated and spotless, super comfortable bed! The kitchen was well stocked too! The patio overlooked the pool and was a great spot to sit after a day out and about! Plenty of great food options and only about a 15 minute to walk to the Marina. We definitely will return for another stay!

Really liked the location-so Walkable to great restaurants, cafes etc. Apartment as described-4 bedrooms, clean and spacious. Take the elevator or stairs. 24 hr doorman. Only issue was a minor plumbing problem which was quickly taken care of.

Fantastic stay and location- my husband and I stayed here with my parents and our 14 month old son, and the condo was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great spot. We were steps away from the pool, and a 5 minute walk to the beach! With my parents and a stroller, the marina was only a 20 minute walk away, and Wal-Mart was only a 15 minute walk away. Steven also provided beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, and toys, which was so helpful and appreciated. I should mention that there is no "shared gym" as was listed in the description, but otherwise we loved our stay as it was a beautiful condo and in such a walkable location! We would stay here again for sure!

Our work team met up in Mexico City for an event. This was a perfect space for our group so convenient to coffee, food and more! Plenty of room for us to spread out, work and chill. We would definitely stay here again.

This Condo is beautifully decorated.  The host was very communicative & helpful. The location is great.  Only a 5-10 minute walk to Medano beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler with wheels to take to the beach. The condo is a 10-15 walk (or $5.00 uber ride) to many great restaurants.  The condo was very clean.  They provided a unique water filtering system. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked being able to walk out through the back to the pool.  There was an issue with the thermostat for the AC and it was fixed within 24 hours.  If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide more items in the kitchen. There was plenty of silverware, knives, pots/pans, etc.  Only coffee, salt and pepper and paper towel were made available. When I stayed in this complex last year, there were many more spices, etc. need more ice trays too. But obviously, these are very minor items.  Only mention so future guests know what they may need to buy.  I would stay again!

Steven is a great host, super-fast response and answered every question that we had. The condo was just like pictured and described. Tastefully decorated too. The location is perfect for all of the Cabo activities it has to offer. It is a 5-minute walk to Medano Beach, and the condo included beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella! (the sun was supplied everyday too!) I would highly recommend Steven and the condo. We will be rebooking.

Very walkable location! Was nice that it was on top of a hip cafe with good coffee. Big enough for large groups. However, the showers were either very hot or very cold for everyone, every time. Plumbing can tricky in CDMX so it wasn’t too surprising. The host Steven was very responsive and helpful the entire trip. Great place to stay at in Roma!

Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and downtown restaurants. Steven was a great host, left clear instructions and always had a quick response time when we had questions. We had a great stay!

Haven Living

We had never been to Cabo San Lucas before and were happy to have stayed here and away from the noise of downtown. The pool and condo was great and we really appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs and I appreciated the yoga mat. The unit is ground floor which was helpful for ease of access to the pool but the road is next to soccer fields and they use bright flood lights at night and there is a decent amount of road noise from motorbikes and drivers at night, especially on weekends. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen for the week and appreciated the water filtration unit very much. There is no kettle or tea but otherwise the kitchen and BBQ were good. It is a spacious unit and the building was maintained and the guards always friendly. The walk to the beach is only about 500meters.

Great location close to beach, restaurants and bars.  Very spacious apartment with high ceilings, very well equipped.  Washer and dryer very useful, parking was very safe.  Host extremely responsive and helpful.  Useful to have the outdoor patio and the beach umbrella, chairs and cooler came in really handy for day trips.  Kids really enjoyed the well equipped gym and pool area.
